Our unified platform and services enable our customers to make fast, accurate, data-driven decisions about their communications and marketing strategies, allowing them to prove and improve their value.About the Role🤔Contact customers to remind and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments due;Evaluate customer accounts for any issues relating to reconciliations/statements ensuring aging balances are investigated and resolved timely;Meet or exceed monthly collection targets to ensure timely cash flow;Effectively manage customer inquiries and disputes;Develop and implement strategies for recovering long-overdue account receivables;Maintain accurate credit and collection files and perform monthly portfolio analysis;Analyze accounts to recommend and establish an appropriate reserve for bad debts.What you bring:A Master degree in Finance, accountant or any other related field;Complete professional fluency in English and French.1-2 years+ of experience in a credit control role with high volume of transaction processing in financial ERP;You ideally will have knowledge/experience in Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics/Navision);Strong reporting skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights;Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment;You have a proven track record of being highly organized with an ability to drive work to completion independently with a strong attention to detail;You will have had experience working to a tight deadline.What we can offer😎We are a global fast growing company which offers a variety of opportunities for you to develop your skill set and career.
