Credit Controller

Position: Credit Controller - 12 Month FTCLocation: Ballymount Co. We are seeking a diligent and organized Credit Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate ledgers. Your contributions will directly support our financial health and help strengthen customer relationships.

RequirementsProven experience in credit control or accounts receivable at least 2 yearsStrong knowledge of credit control processes and best practicesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with customersStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareAbility to work independently and meet deadlines under pressureTeam-oriented with a focus on improving processes and systemsComfortable with making Collection calls as well as taking incoming calls on a Rota basis.
