Bachelor’s Degree;Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage;Knowledge of the sales process of financial-banking products is an advantage;English language - intermediate level;Ms Office - medium level;Category B driving license;Communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills; customer-oriented attitude. Key responsibilities:

Development and implementation of the Affinity card issuance programOversee the implementation of the strategy for the Affinity card issuance programEnsure the achievement of objectives and performance indicatorsManaging relationships with the partnersIdentify and attract new companies to enroll in this programNegotiate terms and contractual conditionsDevelop long-term collaboration relationships with existing partnersRegularly visit the merchants’ locations in order to discuss with their representatives and take necessary measures to increase the results of the project.

Promoting the partnerships included in Affinity program Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized marketing materials for each partnerPlan and implement marketing campaigns in the physical stores and online platforms of the companies involved in the Affinity projectPerformance monitoringAnalyse data regarding card sales through the Affinity programIdentify trends and improvement opportunitiesPrepare periodic reports and present them to the direct superiorReportingPrepare detailed reports on the performance of the Affinity programPresent results and recommendations for growth to the direct superiorWe offer:
