Job Description

The Credit Policy & Portfolio Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of credit risk policies that manage and control credit risk across the credit life cycle whilst meeting the needs of customers, businesses, and regulations. You are also responsible for monitoring the lending portfolio performance and do necessary action to maintain the portfolio performance at an acceptable level.Formulate new credit policies and review existing policies Support BD in new products, product variations, and process change impacting risk Establish and monitor risk-based policy Credit analytics and segmentation to identify weaknesses of the portfolio and provide recommendation Perform periodic checks on the credit decision and collection effortsProvide Budget Planning and Realization for RiskProvide routine and ad-hoc risk credit, collection, and policy reportUpdate and Risk Governance/Support on scope Credit Risk Job Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail or SME credit risk management in credit processing, policy, and portfolio covering both consumer and/or unsecured risk for consumer and/or SME segmentsPrior experience in the banking industry and fintech P2P lending is a definite advantageBachelor’s Degree in finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant qualificationIn-depth knowledge of overall credit management framework and policy buildingStrong analytical skills and attention to detailInnovative with good knowledge of financial technology available in the market to enhance overall credit quality in supporting business growthAble to communicate in English
