Job Summary:The position is primarily responsible for ensuring that an acceptable portfolio quality is maintained, and profitability is maximized by identifying the risk factors that adversely affect the portfolio. Also responsible for establishing and maintaining credit policies and procedures whichsupport business initiatives.Duties and responsibilities:A. Credit Processing Guidelines / Memos:Prepares credit operating guidelines that provides framework for daily operations and address problems on risk areas in all stages of the credit cycle.Ensures that all concerned operating units are informed and updated on latest additions and/or revisions in the Credit Operating Guidelines.Reviews marketing program guidelines/mechanics to ensure compliance to credit policies and guidelines.B. Review / Monitoring of Program Performance:Monitors program implementation and changes/revisions to policy and process to address credit operation risks identified in the credit cycle.Coordinates with other concerned units in the implementation of approved marketing campaigns/programs or required system user acceptance testing (UAT) which will have direct impact in the credit operation/functions.Ensures accurate production and prompt delivery of credit documentation/report requirements for operating guidelines revisions/enhancements.Reviews and analyzes MIS report and provide feedback on marketing program/campaign performance and prepares assessments on trends necessary to be proactive in the revisions of existing Credit Policies.Provides credit perspective in the conceptualization of marketing and sales programs.Provides feedback and guidance on impact of marketing and sales programs to credit policy and credit guidelines.Ensures adherence of marketing, communication and business collaterals to credit policies and credit operating guidelines.Ensures that execution of marketing and sales program achieve business targets as well as support service standards.Performs other tasks as requested and deemed necessary.Qualifications:Must be a bachelor’s degree holder of any Business Courses.With at least 3 years of experience in credit-related functions, credit application and documentation of various credit processes.Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
