They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.We're looking for a Credit Product Manager who'll be the go-to person on all things credit. You'll drive growth, improve funnel conversion and engagement, lower cost of acquisition, and maintain the best quality on all aspects of the product and customer journey.Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.What You’ll Be DoingSetting the vision for new products and features, and understanding how they fit into our company goalsBuilding credit products with world-class customer experiences in mindDefining, prioritising, and communicating short, mid, and long-term product goalsEnsuring high engagement in the UX domain to deliver great customer experiencesCreating a high-conversion funnelLowering the cost of customer acquisitionEnsuring high customer satisfaction within the retail credit segmentEstablishing reliable and reputable third-party partnershipsEnsuring zero tolerance of any compliance issue or breach of regulatory requirementsWhat You'll NeedA technical degree from a top universitySolid design experience building retail credit products and/or featuresA great understanding of the full credit lifecycle of a customer and how it impacts customer experienceKnowledge of UI/UX, and an understanding of customer behaviourExperience analysing data and real-world experiencesAn understanding of risk management principlesProgramming and data analysis skillsExperience in user research and the ability to prioritise features based on customer needs/wantsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAn analytical approach and track record of making data-driven decisionsThe ability to lead a team, take ownership, and build partnerships with other functionsA passion for building new processes and challenging the status quoBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
