As a DevOps Engineer, you'll work closely with product teams and engineering leads to build and maintain the core infrastructure of our backend systems. Your focus will be on scalability, automation, reliability, and security. You'll play a key role in platform development across products, ensuring robust CI/CD practices, reliable monitoring, and efficient system operations. YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

Manage and improve development, staging, and production environmentsMaintain and enhance centralized monitoring, logging, and alerting systemsAutomate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasksManage and monitor SSL certificates, domain configurations, and renewalsBuild, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelinesCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalabilityContribute to infrastructure security and compliance practicesRequirementsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCES:

Strong experience with Linux (Debian preferred) serversHands-on experience with configuration management tools (Terraform and Ansible preferred)Experience with cloud service providers (AWS preferred) Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus Experience in database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL) Familiar with data streaming platforms such as Kafka or Confluent Experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes Strong troubleshooting and analytical skillsCollaborative mindset, working closely with both infrastructure and development teamsPassion for DevOps culture, automation, and continuous improvementWillingness to support outside standard business hours if necessary Nice to Have (Plus):

Experience with Windows server administrationUnderstanding of high-volume transactional systems and distributed systemsExperience with Agile software development methodologiesProfessional certifications (e. g. , AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, etc.
