Besides that, our people are also involved in Programmatic projects which involves conversion of business.Our core competency is Software development in the latest stack of technologies, Business Intelligence, Programmatic and Delivering Finance Function tasks.We strive to go “above and beyond” through our culture of continuous development and improvement and has embedded those into our company values:We are all in this togetherLead from the back/everyone is a bossContinuous Improvement & DevelopmentOpen and Honest Communication is vitalEveryone has access to all informationAbout the role.As the CREO Media Implementation Assistant, you are responsible for supporting the Australian team with the day-to day execution of progressive and socially led campaigns, with a focus on best practice applied to influencer marketing and social media strategy.Your day-to-day will consist of supporting your team while developing your own media trading and implementation skills. Specifically, this will include setting up campaigns, collecting & processing data, reporting, sharing thoughts on insights, and actioning financial tasks. Your deliverables are always of the highest quality and completed in a timely and efficient manner.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. TeamworkBuild strong relationships with both your Nepali and Australian teams. Be a member of a high performing, technically proficient, and strategic thinking team. Learn by doing and lead with curiosity.2. Training and DevelopmentDevelop your technical knowledge through self-learning, on-the job shadowing, & making the most of company training opportunities. Working with the largest media owners in both the Australian local and global markets to enhance your understanding of the media space and execution of campaigns.3. Strategic Thinking Begin to unearth the complex Australian media landscape, internal OMG systems, your team processes and your team’s client/s approach. As you develop and grow, you will be able to apply a strategic mindset to improve processes including reporting, campaign buying and management.4. Workflow ManagementLearn the skills to effectively manage your time and deliverables. All outputs are of the highest quality. You have excellent attention to detail. Your work requires little to no checking by others. You are proactive and take the initiative regarding task completion and management.5. Communication ExcellentEnglish communication skills- being able to both interpret and convey information in a clear, concise way. Communication is equally effective over all platforms and situations e.g., location, culture, written, and verbal.RESPONSIBILITES IN DETAILTechnical Expertise• Supporting in campaign set up and ongoing management in platform while developing your confidence and skills across paid social media• Delivering accurate campaign reporting and assisting in data management (including quality assurance, business reviews, ongoing client, campaign and financial reporting)• Administrative support, building internal documents and managing workflow between teams• Continue to develop technical platform knowledge, by self-learning and attending relevant training sessions• Committed to prioritising learning and reporting across relevant processes. Examples include finance management (reconciling, invoicing, reporting), media plan/confirm/IO management, campaign approvals, day-to-day campaign management (including updates, optimisations, budget tracking and amendments), ongoing post tracking/analysis, internal form submissions, investigating & resolving inconsistencies and general ongoing client/team reporting (including insights)• Gaining knowledge across OMG internal tools and proprietary systemsStakeholder Management• Working with line manager and client teams within the agency• Working with the agency and your team to deliver best in class campaigns• Responding to emails, requests and all team communications in a timely manner• Assisting in managing timelines and expectations of deliverables• Provide regular and effective progress updates to teamProduct and Quality Assurance• Ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standard and deadlines are met• Checking all work to ensure any errors are identified and fixed quickly and efficiently• Supporting your team in identifying effective methods to strengthen our best practice• Developing and implementing more effective processes in conjunction with your team where requiredSelf-Learning & personal growth• A focus on developing your understanding of the media landscape, including best practice across buy types and digital platforms (Meta, Google etc.). While potentially not part of your standard day-to-day, this thirst for knowledge demonstrates your eagerness to absorb knowledge across various areas of the business• Take advantage of opportunities for development provided by your AU and Nepali teams• Actively participate in training/accreditation and take the initiative to train other staff membersExperience and Qualifications.• Entry level role - graduate level or above• No prior experience required, however a keen interest in digital media, influencers, data analysis, emerging technology and social media would be preferred, as would any relevant finance (including financial accuracy) or streamlining of processes experience• Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Required Skills and Attributes• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with ability to manage upwards• A passion to develop your skills within media advertising as a whole and a desire to understand the trading, and technology landscape• Pro-active attitude and ability to take initiative regarding tasks• Strong attention to detail• Team player• Offer solution- based approach to problem solving• Ability to work independently where required and manage your own workload within a team dynamic• Represents OMG in a positive and professional mannerNote• The above job description is of a general nature.
