With a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience, LEVEL is committed to delivering top-notch service and exceeding the expectations of their passengersJob PurposeCrew Control will be part of LEVEL Operations Control Centre.Main Responsibilities - TasksEnsure that crew resources (both Pilot and Cabin Crew) are managed in the most efficient and cost-effective way, in compliance with regulatory requirementsHandle operational incidents: hotel, transfers, and flight tickets for crew members.Maintain and develop a professional standard of relations with Crew members, Training Department and Rostering Department.Have a working knowledge of crew agreements and crew travel policiesParticipate in Operations Control projects where requiredPrioritize safety and punctuality in all crew and operation decisions.EducationRelevant education will be considered.ExperienceRelevant experience will be considered.CompetenciesWorking under pressure, teamwork, and lead skills.Flexible, decisive, and rigorous.
