The organization helps individuals gain valuable skills, certifications, and hands-on experience to prepare them for successful career paths. Members serve under AmeriCorps terms and focus on impactful projects related to environmental stewardship and community engagement.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Crew Member position located on-site in Salinas, Puerto Rico. The Crew Member will participate in environmental and community projects, assist with hands-on tasks, and collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives. Responsibilities include supporting environmental stewardship efforts, engaging with community members, and completing training programs to gain valuable certifications and skills. Members are expected to commit to their term of service to contribute to meaningful change and personal growth.RequirementsBetween the ages of 18-24Highschool diplomaFull time availability Monday through Friday (6:30 pm - 3:00 pm)Haven't completed 4 terms of AmeriCorpsQualificationsHands-on skills in teamwork, collaboration, and adaptabilityCommitment to environmental stewardship and community engagementStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsWillingness to gain certifications and develop workforce competenciesAbility to work in an outdoor, team-oriented environmentOpen to learning and dedicated to personal and professional developmentPrevious experience with volunteer work or service programs is a plusHigh school diploma
