Crewing Officer

WTS Energy is looking for a Crewing Officer who will be responsible for assisting the operations with a focus to always maintaining the vessels with the right personnel onboard.Requirements:Manage crew changes and leave rotations across assigned vessels.Coordinate travel, visa, and pre-joining documentation for all crew members.Maintain and update real-time crew planning using OCS HR (Mintra) system.Liaise with Masters and Operations teams to identify vacancies and ensure timely crew placement.Oversee sourcing and selection of candidates through internal databases and manning agencies.Ensure all certifications and training requirements are valid and up to date before mobilisation.Plan and organize required training based on the company's Training Matrix.Maintain ongoing communication with off-duty crew to maximize availability.Qualifications:Strong command of English; French is an assetSolid experience in offshore and international operations, with African project exposure considered a plusProficient in IT tools, including crewing management systems and the MS Office suiteAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environmentIf you're a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for offshore operations and crew management, we’d love to hear from you!
