Data Analyst (H/F)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst (H/F) to join our team on a hybrid, part-time basis. As a Data Analyst, you will collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations. The hybrid arrangement allows you to perform independent analysis remotely while attending in-person sessions for project reviews and team alignment. Key Responsibilities: Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources. Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel). Support different departments with ad-hoc data requests and insights. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems. Automate recurring reporting processes for efficiency. Present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights effectively. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.
