As a Marketing Administrator your role will be to create and implement campaigns to drive lead generation and new customer acquisition, as well as develop loyalty campaigns and propositions existing customer renewals. In this role the successful candidate will accelerate their marketing skills, using tools across all online, social, content and email marketing, with one of the world's leading Fintech's. Introduce new services to existing customers using a range of digital marketing channels. Write and create marketing content for use across the full customer lifecycle from initial contact, welcoming packs, to campaigns for loyalty and renewal. Help drive our social presence with SEO, Google Ads, Linkedin, and Meta campaigns. Update and maintain our CRM, and research potential new markets and leads for our sales team. Segment customers and create engaging content based on their use case. As a member of the marketing team, you will also be jointly responsible for driving customer retention and loyalty from our existing customers.
Key Skills/Attributes: An business or marketing degreeAt least 2 years of B2B marketing experienceAn exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal is essential for this client-facing communication and crafting compelling impactful content. A creative flair with excellent attention to detailOrganised and B2B sales focused with strong commercial awarenessExperience in paid and organic social media, SEO, content creation, email marketing, tender response, blog storytelling, and brochure design.
