As a Strategy Consultant, you will be working directly with our clients (students and family), who will have the highest expectations of our services. You will provide an elite level of industry expertise and experience, aiming for an outstanding client experience.
You will be a team player, sharing your knowledge and experience, and will also support other departments as appropriate including taking part in webinars, joining sales calls, or consulting on projects and product development. What success looks like: Service deliveryProvide overarching admissions strategies to Regular and/or VIP students by creating individualised plans and executing on them in collaboration with the rest of the students’ Crimson team (Student Success Manager, Academic Tutors, etc.
)Regularly meet with clients (both online and in-person) to provide exempalary level of service (also via KakaoTalk)Maintain expert knowledge of high school curricula, extracurricular and leadership choices, summer program applications, and standardised test planning to make recommendations regarding admissions strategiesUtilise in-depth knowledge of institutions of higher learning to guide students and parents towards attainable school goals, working with them to create lists of best-fit schools of varied competition to maximise acceptance chancesMaintaining a high level of communication with VIP students and families outside of formal sessions through various channels (e. g. , email, etc.
