Role Purpose(s):
The Sales Operations Coordinator is a key internal enabler who ensures smooth collaboration across departments and supports business development by taking ownership of administrative, coordination, and CRM tasks. This role is designated to free up time for sales “hunters” and partners by managing the operational side of the sales cycle, including bid administration and CRM hygiene. Key Accountabilities: Cross-Department CoordinationCRM Opportunities ManagementBid and Tender AdministrationCentralised BillingJob Responsibilities & Duties: Cross-Department CoordinationServe as a point of contact between sales, delivery, finance, legal, and marketing. Organize internal sales and bid management administrative tasks.
Take structured meeting minutes and track action items through completion. Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely action on agreed deliverables. CRM Opportunities ManagementAssist Sales in ensuring opportunities in CRM are up to date with accurate opportunity data. Ensure sales stages are aligned with actual opportunity progress. Bid and Tender AdministrationSupport the creation of timesheet and opportunity folder for each new bid. Coordinate internal contributions to compile required documentation. Support bid administrative tasks assigned by Bid Manager. Manage version control and proper archiving of bid documents.
Understands entire bid process and be able to guide Sales in bid activities. Centralised BillingReview contracts in understanding contractual billing milestones. Maintain billing trackers and triggers. Prepare invoicing requests with necessary supporting documents and liaise with finance to submit invoices. Coordinate with Finance/Sales/Key Account Managers to follow up on unpaid invoices. Process Improvement and Replication. Document best practices and support the replication of this role in other regions. Provide input to improve internal sales and bid-related processes. Education Requirements: Diploma/Degree/Master in Business Administration or related field. Working Experience Requirements:
2-5 years in sales operations, bid coordination, or project supportExperience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teamsBackground in enterprise software, consulting, or service industries is preferredSkills Required: Strong organizational and coordination skillsHigh attention to detail and accountabilityFamiliarity with CRM systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities across departmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable with administrative processes related to bids and proposalsPositive, proactive and solutions-oriented mindsetCrimsonLogic is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
