Crisis Management Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Crisis Management Analyst to join our Risk & Resilience team. The ideal candidate will support the organization in assessing, preparing for, and responding to global risks and crises — ensuring business continuity and organizational resilience across all operations.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and assess emerging global risks (geopolitical, operational, environmental, and reputational) that may impact the organization.Support the development and implementation of crisis management frameworks, response protocols, and escalation procedures.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and alignment with global standards for crisis response and business continuity.Analyze incidents and post-event reports to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.Maintain and regularly update crisis communication plans and risk dashboards.Contribute to enterprise-wide risk assessments, simulations, and scenario planning exercises.Provide timely intelligence and recommendations to leadership during critical events.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Security Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).2+ years of experience in crisis management, business continuity, or global risk analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information quickly.Excellent communication and coordination skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.Familiarity with ISO 31000, ISO 22301, or similar risk management frameworks is an advantage.
