Event Planner: We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of events that reflect our brand’s vision and objectives. Event Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define event objectives, themes, and budgets. Vendor Management:
Identify and negotiate contracts with vendors (catering, audio/visual, decoration) to ensure quality service delivery. Logistics Coordination: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including setup, breakdown, and on-site management. Marketing Support: Assist in promoting events through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement. Budge Tracking: Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary restrictions throughout the planning process. Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event assessments to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement for future events. Qualifications: Experience and good understanding of Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
Negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing vendor relationships effectively. The ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail under pressure. A creative mindset with the capability to think outside the box when it comes to event themes and solutions. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a customer-oriented approach.
