该职位来源于猎聘 1.6This role will involve collaborating closely with our business and engineering teams to develop Promotion (like coupon and activity system) and MarTech tool solutions aimed at supporting business impact and improving operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:**Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, co-workers, engineers, and designers to design, deliver, and implement product capabilities.Conduct market research and user research to identify opportunities for MarTech tool solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.Responsible for writing product PRDs, user stories, feature guidebooks, and training users.Define and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of new features.Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product enhancements and iterate on solutions.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in MarTech tool and retail, applying insights to product development. **Qualifications:**3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on MarTech tools or B2B digital products.Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Figma, or similar).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, especially with engineering teams.Strong understanding of MarTech tool and their applications in enhancing customer engagement and operational processes.
