Job Title: CRM & Data Operations Specialist Location: Remote (Egypt preferred) Department: Sales Operations Employment Type: Full TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a CRM & Data Operations Specialist to play a key role in owning and managing our HubSpot CRM and supporting the sales team through accurate data management, lead sourcing, and performance reporting.This role is focused on execution, CRM governance, and process accuracy rather than strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about maintaining high-quality data that drives sales productivity and growth.Key Responsibilities1. CRM Ownership (HubSpot)Maintain and continuously improve data hygiene (deduplication, enrichment, and field consistency).Manage workflows, properties, and automations that support lead routing, pipeline tracking, and reporting.Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure data standards and process alignment.Troubleshoot CRM issues, manage user access, and ensure adherence to HubSpot best practices.2. Lead Sourcing & Data EnrichmentIdentify and source potential leads aligned with ICP using Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.Verify and enrich contact information (emails, phone numbers, personas, and firmographics).Build targeted, segmented lists for campaigns and outbound sequences.Ensure data accuracy across all systems through proactive updates and validation.3. Reporting & InsightsBuild and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs (pipeline creation, conversion, data health).Extract and deliver targeted reports and insights to support sales outreach and leadership decisions.Provide actionable recommendations to improve lead quality and team productivity.4. Process Optimization & GovernanceIdentify repetitive tasks and implement automation or workflow improvements within HubSpot.Document CRM processes, data standards, naming conventions, and governance rules.Ensure alignment between sales and marketing on data flows and CRM usage.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.2–4 years of experience managing HubSpot or a similar CRM in a sales environment.Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience building HubSpot dashboards or reports.Experience with lead sourcing tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.) is a plus.Analytical and proactive mindset — able to spot data gaps and fix root causes.Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align on data standards and processes.Strong attention to detail, data hygiene discipline, and commitment to process consistency.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
