CRM Developer

The assessments measure speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills, following CEFR standards, and are conducted by certified Lingua Assessors. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Developer. The CRM Developer will be responsible for the design, customization, implementation, and maintenance of CRM systems. Day-to-day tasks include configuring CRM workflows, integrating the CRM with other tools and platforms, performing system upgrades, and ensuring data security and integrity. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align CRM functionalities with organizational goals. Qualifications Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ZohoExperience in CRM customization, including workflow design and plugin developmentProficiency in integration with third-party tools and APIsDatabase management skills and understanding of data security protocolsAnalytical skills for diagnosing and troubleshooting CRM system issuesEffective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teamsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldPrior experience in a similar role within an education or training organization is a plus
