CRM Functional Consultant

Our client in the Automotive industry is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultants for a global implementation project. With a focus on using the Sales, Customer Service and Field Service modules.Your Responsibilities:Translate business needs into D365 CRM capabilities, particularly around Sales and Marketing functionsDesign and propose system solutions aligned with the clients goalsLead business user workshops, deliver training, and provide functional consultingConfigure Dynamics 365 CRM and document related business processes and system setupsSupport UAT execution and assist with the broader rollout planOffer expert advice on platform best practices and identify areas for functional improvementRole Requirements5+ years' experience in a Functional or Solution Consultant role within Dynamics 365 CRM projectsIn-depth understanding of the Sales and Customer Service modules, with exposure to the Power PlatformProven history of working on CRM implementations focused on business process optimisation and system configurationSolid grasp of CRM platforms and their integration points with other enterprise systemsConfident in facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating them into system design
