CRM Internship - Alam Sutera

With projects in the United States, New Zealand, Thailand, India, Indonesia, and more, Risland is recognized as an innovative pioneer in urban development and residential environment improvement.We are currently looking for a highly motivated CRM Intern – Architect / Civil Engineer to join our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Department at Sky House Alam Sutera.Requirements:Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Architecture or Civil Engineering.Proficient in architectural/engineering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Responsible, responsive, detail-oriented, honest, and highly motivated.Able to work independently and in a team environment.Familiar with Microsoft Office.Willing to Work From Office (WFO) at Sky House Alam Sutera.Working days & hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00.Available to join immediately; candidates living in Tangerang are preferred.Responsibilities:Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants.Handle tenant complaints and requests promptly and professionally.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, cleaning services) to ensure tenant satisfaction and comfort.Assist with tenant move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections.Support renovation permit processes and ensure compliance with architectural or civil engineering standards by reviewing technical drawings and building specifications.
