Job Description
Our client is looking for a CRM Manager £60k to £70k (one day per week in the office) to lead data-driven campaigns that inspire loyalty and deepen customer connections across key European markets. You’ll own the CRM campaign calendar, manage a small team, and deliver engaging multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and app push. From planning and briefing to QA and deployment, you’ll ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand voice and fuels engagement, conversion, and long-term value.In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution-using leading CRM platforms to personalise journeys, segment audiences, and optimise performance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to translate brand storytelling into impactful CRM moments.
