We are looking for a CRM Manager to become the operational backbone of our sales organization — connecting the dots between Sales, Marketing, property developers, and external partners.This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will be responsible for reporting, coordination, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams.🔑 Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize CRM reporting to give management and the sales team actionable insights.Coordinate between Sales and Marketing to ensure campaigns, leads, and follow-ups are aligned and executed.Connect with property developers’ offices regularly to strengthen relationships, gather updates, and relay critical information to the sales team.Manage property portals – ensure accurate listings, monitor performance, and maximize visibility.Identify problems across workflows and come up with clear, actionable solutions.Act as the central point of contact for cross-team communication and process alignment.🧠 What We’re Looking For:Critical thinker with strong reasoning and analytical skills.Excellent communication and diplomacy – you can align diverse stakeholders and maintain good relationships.Strong organizational and problem-solving mindset — you thrive on taking ownership and getting things done.Familiarity with CRM systems is a strong plus.Proactive and confident in interacting with developers, partners, and internal teams.Arabic Speaker
