Join us to bring the gift of health to life.This role is not available for sponsorship, including I-983 participation.Position SummaryThe Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager brings the Nature Made brand to life by helping us build strong one-to-one relationships with consumers. This role will be responsible for using web, email, and SMS to build a consumer-centric relationship marketing model that increases reach, deepens engagement and grows customer lifetime value (LTV). In this role, you’ll drive strategy and execute the day-to-day, along with critical partners. This role works closely with the DTC/web, brand marketing, brand activation, creative services, analytics and insights, legal/regulatory, operations, and finance teams to launch and grow innovative marketing strategies. The CRM Manager reports to the Director of Marketing, DTC. Key ResponsibilitiesCritical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:Create and deploy a comprehensive CRM strategy to engage consumers and grow omnichannel sales using web, email, and SMS touchpoints; bring the Nature Made brand to life by using our tools to create campaign-based, automated and transactional messages that help consumers navigate our products and build regimensLead an innovative email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing roadmap that delivers high quality content to educate, inspire, and drive loyalty amongst consumers; work together with creative teams and production teams to bring the content to lifeUse data and insights to develop a deep understanding of our consumers and our lifecycle marketing programs using both quantitative (KPIs) and qualitative analysis (surveys reviews, feedback); keep the marketing organization up-to-date on the health of our CRM marketing efforts and segments, and continually demonstrate why they’re important to our businessTest and learn to push our CRM programs into the future; build segmentation strategies, experiment with personalization, develop and implement A/B testing methods, and innovate with merchandising conceptsBuild compelling on-site strategies to acquire consumers, retain them, and incentivize behaviors that strategically build our direct-to-consumer and omnichannel businessIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEThe ideal candidate is a digital leader with experience in consumer marketing and strong expertise in the components of DTC demand generation, CRM programs, email and SMS marketing, consumer segmentation, retention, and loyalty. The ideal candidate should be familiar with email marketing software (like Klaviyo), and able to focus equally on strategy and performance. This individual must be capable of collaborating across multiple teams to achieve the best results.CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORSYou’ll be most successful in this role if you have:Proven track record of analyzing and influencing customer lifecycle behaviors with expertise in acquisition, retention and growing lifetime valueStrong understanding of multiple consumer marketing channels and supporting technologies: email, SMS, referral, and loyalty programs Passion for brand storytelling and a strong desire to influence stand-out creative contentLove for insights and data, with the ability to analyze it and use it to build compelling and thoughtful CRM strategiesExcellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externallyCapabilities & Skills RequiredIn order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus 5+ years of progressive CRM, email and SMS marketing, database marketing, ecommerce, DTC or related experience Comfort delegating work and collaborating with freelancers, cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver resultsWorking knowledge in Klaviyo, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Google Analytics, Shopify, Iterable, Yotpo or similar platformsExceptional skills in verbal and written communications; must also be an excellent listener Creative, innovative thinker, and problem solver Excellent planning and follow-up skills; ability to multi-task Ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations and solutions Strong analytical knowledge and communication skills; comfortable communicating reporting, insights, and data-driven optimization strategies Health and wellness or personal care background a plus OUR OFFERHere, career paths aren't predefined, and bureaucratic limitations don't exist -- you have the opportunity to grow, learn from industry pioneers, and develop the way you want to. These rewards -- plus our new recognition program -- ensure employees feel supported both at work and home.SALARY RANGENational Target Base Pay Range: $96,000.00 - $162,000.00. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $106,000 - $180,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
