Qualifications Female, Moeslim Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a CRM Manager, with a strong focus on CRM strategy development and system optimization. Expertise in customer data management, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing. Proficient in using leading CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms at an advanced level. Skilled in campaign performance analysis to drive improvements in engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. Strong ability to integrate CRM strategies across marketing, sales, and IT teams. Results-oriented, data-driven, and highly customer-centric in decision-making and execution. Willing to work on-site in Cakung, East Jakarta.Key Responsibilities Design and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Manage and optimize the CRM system to support integrated marketing, sales, and customer service operations. Analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improving customer experience. Conduct customer segmentation based on behavior, value, and lifecycle to enable personalized and effective communication strategies. Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to ensure consistent and efficient customer communication. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives. Prepare CRM and campaign performance reports and deliver actionable insights to management. Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with company standards and applicable regulations. Evaluate and recommend CRM system enhancements to stay aligned with evolving market needs and technological advancements."
