Check out this role and see if you’re a good match!Your territoryAs part of our CRM team, you will:Own the CRM campaign calendar - plan, execute, and optimize newsletter campaigns and automated journeys across channels (e.g., Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Direct Mail)Grow a high‑quality subscriber lists and protect deliverability with strong list hygiene and consent managementAnalyze customer engagement and collaborate with other CRM managers to drive segmentation strategies that optimize campaign targeting and maximize engagementLeverage A/B Tests and consistently analyse data and performance to measure effectiveness and improve CTR and CVRBring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next levelYour profileKey requirements:3+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing with end-to-end ownership of campaigns and automationsHands-on with modern ESPs (e.g., Iterable, Klaviyo, Braze)Proven track record in segmentation, personalization, and revenue-driving A/B testingExperience with SMS orWhatsApp programs, plus consent and frequency managementData-driven and skilled in HTML for CRM campaigns and email template creationStrong project management, the ability to brief copy or creative, and clear stakeholder communicationVery good English skillsValid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FHDoes this sound like you?A doer with a hands-on mentality, ready to make things happenDetail-oriented with a focus on seamless executionComfortable working in international and hybrid environmentsExcited to work in Austria alongside an outstanding team
