Ensure seamless execution of automated campaigns and processes based on agreed standards and governance.Provide guidance and deep expertise in CRM platforms and marketing automation to help the team achieve operational excellence.Take ownership of CRM-related responsibilities from ideation to implementation—covering platform management, campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.Collaborate closely with multiple business functions such as Global Teams, Markets, and key stakeholders to support operational requirements and drive business growth. Monitor campaign performance and consumer engagement metrics to identify and execute actions that improve service delivery.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to standardize processes, enhance automation, and drive digital transformation in CRM operations.Coordinate multiple business functions simultaneously in a global environment (e.g., Marketing, Legal/Privacy, CRM Ops, Analytics, and external agencies). Address and negotiate challenges faced by stakeholders in a complex global setting.Conduct meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training/onboarding sessions to build CRM and Marketing Automation awareness among stakeholders and align with the company’s global digital vision.Prepare and manage the CRM budget for the responsible area, tracking progress against operational targets.Organize, manage, and motivate the CRM team, fostering professional growth through training and career development tools. Analyze employee engagement and team performance metrics to identify improvement areas and implement solutions through workshops and coaching.Who We’re Looking ForUniversity degree, preferably in Digital Business, Marketing, Administration, or related fields.Fluent/advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory.Rich experience (5+ years) in CRM and Marketing Automation processes with extensive knowledge of B2C marketing cycles.Proven experience in people management (2+ years).Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio); familiarity with AMPscript and SQL is a plus.Project management skills are an advantage.Proficient in MS Office; dashboard/BI familiarity is a plus.Expected certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, or Developer.What We OfferOur success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
