About the roleWe’re looking for a CRM Specialist & Website Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of customer journeys and always-on digital content. You’ll combine creative thinking with data insights to deliver engaging, personalised communications that drive acquisition, engagement and retention.You’ll be part of an award-winning creative agency that connects brand, media, creative and production under one roof — helping brands tell consistent, impactful stories across every channel.This role is hands-on, ideal for someone who loves writing, editing, and publishing CRM and website content that delivers real business results.The setup is hybrid: 3 days in-office (2 days at the client’s Norwest office and 1 day in the agency’s Beaconsfield office). A car and valid driver’s licence are essential for travel between sites.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage monthly CRM content plans — newsletters, retail offers, brand stories, and product updatesWrite compelling, on-brand copy for CRM journeys and website updates that drive engagementSupport end-to-end execution of automated nurture and lifecycle journeysCollaborate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to repurpose campaign assets across CRM and webMaintain and refresh website content (copy, imagery, features, model updates)Use data to inform content, segmentation, and timing for maximum impactTrack, report, and recommend improvements to boost CRM performanceEnsure content meets brand standards and compliance requirementsManage stakeholder relationships and deliver CRM plans on time and on brandSkills & Experience3+ years’ experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital content managementExcellent writing and editing skillsExperience using CRM and CMS tools (Salesforce experience highly regarded)Strong understanding of customer journeys and segmentationGreat stakeholder management and organisational skillsCulture & BenefitsYou’ll join a creative, values-led team that believes in doing things differently and connecting creativity with business impact.The agency has partnerships with major platforms like Google, Meta, Snap and TikTok, keeping you on the front foot of what’s next in digital and content marketing.
