We are looking for a data-driven and customer-obsessed CRM Specialist to join our team in the dynamic world of iGaming (sports betting and online casino). You will play a vital role in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel CRM campaigns to maximize player retention, reactivation, and lifetime value—while maintaining compliance with responsible gaming regulations.This is a perfect opportunity for someone with strong CRM and analytical skills who understands player behaviour and can personalize user journeys to drive engagement in a highly competitive industry.🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging to engage new, active, lapsed, and VIP players.Create and manage automated lifecycle journeys tailored to user behaviour (welcome, activation, churn prevention, VIP onboarding, etc.).Perform deep segmentation based on gaming behaviour, preferences, betting frequency, deposit patterns, and risk levels.Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Content, Promotion and Analytics teams to improve customer retention and engagement.Use CRM data and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.Monitor key KPIs: retention rate, player reactivation, CLTV, churn, and engagement.Ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies and regional regulations (e.g., GDPR, AML, advertising rules).Maintain CRM documentation, workflows, and user journeys.Support VIP and loyalty program campaigns in collaboration with the CRM manager.Analyse campaign results and present actionable insights to stakeholders.✅ Required:1–3 years of CRM or marketing automation experience in the betting, casino, or online gaming industry.Solid understanding of player lifecycles and gaming KPIs (ARPU, GGR, retention, etc.).Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Optimove, Salesforce, Fast Track, or similar.Experience with email builders and segmentation tools.Demonstrated experience implementing loyalty, CRM, and automation marketing programs and processes.Prior working experience with CRM tools related to campaign management, email, push notifications, in-app messaging, etcProficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
