The Job We are seeking a skilled CRMa Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize our CRMa platform, collaborating closely with product owners and analysts to deliver scalable business solutions. You’ll play a key part in transforming requirements into effective CRM functionalities supporting analytics and business growth.What We Are Looking For From YouDevelop, customize, and maintain CRMa platform modules and componentsKnowledge about SAQL, BindingsCollaborate with analysts and teams to gather requirements and understand workflow needsBuild integrations with relevant data sources and third-party platformsOptimize dataset structure and queries for performanceTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade CRMa applicationsEnsure data integrity, system security, and compliance (GDPR)Document processes, developments, and system changes to support transparencyStay current with trends in CRM, business intelligence, and data analyticsThe PersonWhat You Have Done Before2+ years of experience in reporting (ideally with CRMa or comparable tools)Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools is a advantage (QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Understanding of database management and APIsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPlease note: we're trying to build a great company culture and a cohesive office, which means that this is an in-office opportunity. There will be travel - Stockholm, London, Zurich etc. but when in Budapest this is a 5-days in the office role.
