You’ve worked with heatmaps, scroll tracking, and A/B tests. You know how to turn customer confusion into clarity with better copy, smarter layouts, and intentional design.You’re also confident on camera. Whether reviewing websites live, delivering content modules, or jumping on stories to break down CRO tips, you love sharing your knowledge. You’re energised by their wins and passionate about turning traffic into tangible results.The OpportunityThis isn’t just a behind-the-scenes optimisation role. You’ll be leading SHE-com’s website and CRO coaching.
