Website CRO Specialist (Full-Time) Role: Website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week, flexible hours with 1–2 hr/day PST overlap) Location: Remote  Overview We are looking for a senior-level CRO specialist who can improve conversion across our Shopify website, landing pages, and product pages. You will take full ownership of conversion improvements, A/B testing, UX optimization, and funnel performance. Your job is to lift our website conversion rate from ~0.25% to 1%+ over time through structured CRO work. Responsibilities  Audit existing landing pages, product pages, and funnels Create data-backed hypotheses and conversion improvement plans ● Build A/B tests (copy, layouts, wireframes, CTAs, UX flows) Reduce friction points across mobile + desktop Redesign pages using high-converting UX principles Work with our front-end team or implement designs directly (depending on tools)Build high-converting landing pages and test variations Improve site structure, content hierarchy, and messaging clarity Optimize PDP for conversion (images, copy, layout, comparison charts, FAQs)Run conversion analysis and report weekly insights Improve site speed, trust elements, and CRO fundamentals Coordinate with marketing and Amazon teams for cross-channel alignment  Minimum Requirements  3+ years in CRO for eCommerce or B2B Experience improving Shopify conversion rates Strong portfolio of CRO improvements and A/B test results Ability to design wireframes and landing pages (Figma/Canva/etc.) Strong understanding of UX psychology and conversion frameworksData-driven; comfortable with analytics toolsExcellent written English  KPIs  Raise website CVR (goal: 0.25% → 0.75–1.25%) ● Increase PDP conversion Reduce bounce rate Deliver 2–4 CRO experiments per month Generate measurable revenue uplift from CRO improvements
