The Role Sitting in a team of six, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to two Heads of Department and the wider fee earner team, ensuring exceptional service to both internal and external clients. The team is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a sense of humour to go with it! Key Responsibilities: Diary & international travel managementProduce a range of documents, correspondence, and legal materialsArrange complex travel, visas, and accommodation, managing last-minute changes when required. Organise events, including invitations, RSVPs, and logistics.
