We work with public sector institutions, port authorities, and development finance agencies to modernize infrastructure policy and foster sustainable logistics ecosystems.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Cross-Border Infrastructure Policy Analyst to support applied research and consulting assignments in the EU, Eastern Partnership, and MENA regions. Based in Brussels, this role is ideal for professionals experienced in transport policy, regional development, and infrastructure project structuring—especially within the context of EU Green Deal logistics priorities and Euro-Med trade corridor modernization.You will contribute to technical briefs, regulatory gap assessments, and connectivity diagnostics that inform public-private investment initiatives and EU-aligned infrastructure strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze connectivity gaps and infrastructure performance across regional corridors (TEN-T, TRACECA, Euro-Med)Map logistics chokepoints, trade facilitation bottlenecks, and interoperability barriersDraft policy reports and stakeholder presentations for EU institutions and donor agenciesSupport the preparation of investment briefs and regulatory alignment strategiesMonitor EU infrastructure funding instruments and cross-border infrastructure initiativesCollaborate with remote teams to deliver strategic insights and client-ready outputsQualificationsDegree in International Trade, Transport Planning, Development Economics, or Public Policy2–6 years of experience in infrastructure development, EU policy consulting, or regional planningFamiliarity with European transport corridors and regional development funding instrumentsStrong research, policy analysis, and technical writing capabilitiesExperience working with cross-border infrastructure projects or donor-funded programs is a plusFluency in English required; French and/or Dutch proficiency is an assetApplication ProcessInterested applicants should apply with a CV and cover letter via LinkedIn.
