This internship provides hands-on experience supporting daily IT operations, assisting in troubleshooting technical issues, and playing a key role in onboarding new employees. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone eager to gain real-world IT experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of business devices and applicationsProvide first-level end-user support on hardware and application-related queriesSupport the onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding processes by managing user accounts. Support the IT team in maintaining an up-to-date inventory of hardware, software and contracts. Coordinate the shipment and delivery of business devices across 27+ countries where CrossBoundary operates.
Assist the IT team on major projects such as new system rollouts, device refreshes, and infrastructure upgrades. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). Familiarity with IT service desk or ticketing tools (e. g. , ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk). Basic knowledge of onboarding processes and tools such as EntraID or Intune. What You’ll GainPractical IT operations and service management experience.
