Our core services include acquisitions, dispositions, capital raising, structuring, financial underwriting, modeling, and asset management. We are dedicated to optimizing portfolios and delivering comprehensive investor materials alongside value-added advisory services. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Acquisitions.
The individual in this role will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating real estate investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, financial modeling, structuring deals, and preparing investment memoranda. The Director of Acquisitions will work closely with investors, developers, and operational teams to execute on-market and off-market transactions, craft Letters of Intent and Purchase & Sale Agreements, and manage joint venture partnerships.
Qualifications Strong proficiency in Acquisitions and Due DiligenceExtensive experience in Finance and InvestmentsExcellent Analytical Skills and financial modeling abilitiesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsCapability to work independently and remotelyBachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification is a plusExperience in real estate investment and capital markets preferred
