The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager – Media to join our Brand & Marketing team.
In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of a world-class media and advertising strategy that drives Crown’s brand and business growth across Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth. You’ll be the key contact for our media agency, managing quarterly campaign briefs, overseeing media planning and buying, and ensuring seamless execution across paid, earned, owned, and borrowed channels. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires strong stakeholder engagement, budget management, and a passion for delivering impactful media outcomes. You will be responsible for:
Leading the development of Crown’s master media strategy in partnership with agency and internal stakeholders. Managing media planning and buying across Group and Property marketing initiatives. Driving campaign performance through regular reporting and optimisation. Ensuring compliance with advertising standards, legal approvals, and internal SOPs. Collaborating with the Brand team to execute media schedules and manage creative delivery. Overseeing media budgets and supplier payments to ensure efficient resource allocation. Building strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to align on campaign goals and execution.
About YouYou’re a strategic media professional with a deep understanding of advertising channels and campaign performance. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and are passionate about delivering results. You will also bring: Proven experience in media strategy, planning, and execution across multiple channels (TV, radio, OOH, digital). Strong agency and stakeholder management experience. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Financial acumen and experience managing media budgets. A collaborative mindset and ability to influence across a matrixed organisation. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
