Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will ensure the integrity and consistency of the Crown Brand, maintaining a comprehensive style guide. The Creative team offers an exciting mix of operational and strategic deliverables that work to ensure Crown remains the ultimate destination for joyful elevated experiences In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for stakeholders. Your day to could include, but not be limited to;Develop high-quality work managing the design process from conception to finished art for both print and digital collateral. Work alongside the studio team to produce effective design layouts, rollouts, and typesetting, ensuring clear communication and accurate finished art.
Ensure high-quality, brand-aligned design output by managing workflow, staying current with industry trends, brand guidelines and maintaining clear communication with design and production teamsProactively manage and liaise with different stakeholders (internal and external) to drive design projects forwardABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role you will be an experienced Graphic Designer either agency or in house ideally within an FMCG/Retail environment, you will be able to deliver quality work at high volumes. You will also bring the following;Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality creative work.
Excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members. Skilled in managing workflows and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within brand guidelines.
