The role of the Sales Executive will be:
Interaction with Corporate Partners, Government, and Non-Governmental Organizations;Handles external and internal calls for the Sales and Marketing department;Identifies and pursues new business opportunities for corporate and private events; corporate and leisure groups; weddings;Develops and maintains relationships with existing and potential clients;Conducts site inspections and presentations for prospective clients;Prepares for C&B events – offers, negotiations, and contracts. Manages the entire organization of the event they are responsible for to achieve the highest possible revenue and number of events;Manages event timelines, logistics, and on-site coordination. Coordinates with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Conducts regular market research – monitors competitors' actions, stays informed about the market and trends, and develops strategies to increase our participation in it;Prepares weekly/monthly reports for the Sales & Marketing Department;Assists with the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Participates in trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to promote the hotel when required. Maintains a comprehensive database of clients and prospects. Ensures all financial transactions and billing processes related to the events and groups organization are completed accurately and on time. Maintains accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Ensures compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Willingness to work in a team, follow standards of the chain. To be successful in this role, you will have: University degree relevant for the position;Excellent English (written and spoken) is required;Relevant work experience is an advantage;Pro-active approach, and the ability to meet deadlines;Good communication and administrative skills;Ability to be self-motivated, organized and demonstrate good team work;Ability to work in a high-paced environment;Willingness for a long term employment.
