Job Description

Core Duties Develop and execute the market entry and growth strategy for the Vietnam crypto business. Design and implement crypto-related promotions, campaigns, and client engagement initiatives. Create and refine sales enablement materials, including crypto sales kits and training guides. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities.Strategic Planning & Project Management Lead cross-functional coordination between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure business alignment. Analyze business performance data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Propose strategic adjustments to optimize go-to-market effectiveness and operational efficiency.Team Leadership & Collaboration Train and mentor the Business Development and Sales teams on crypto products, sales strategies, and KOL engagement best practices. Foster a collaborative working environment to ensure seamless project delivery. Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, community leaders, and external partners in the crypto ecosystem.Analysis & Reporting Track the progress of crypto initiatives and report performance metrics to senior management. Provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing product, promotion, and partnership enhancement.1.4 Job Requirements (What the person needs to have)A. Experience & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, project management, or product marketing within the financial or trading industry. Proven experience leading and training sales teams. Solid understanding of trading platform operations (CFD, crypto, or other financial instruments). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.B. Hard Skills (Technical/Teachable Skills) Strong market analysis and strategy development skills. Proficiency in business performance tracking and reporting tools. Excellent command of English; proficiency in Vietnamese is an advantage.C. Soft Skills (Behavioral/Personal Attributes) Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. High adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving market environment.D. Other Practical Requirements Based in Vietnam with the ability to work on-site five days per week.
