Crypto Derivatives Product Manager

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Crypto Derivatives Product Manager to design and manage various derivative products — including futures, margin trading, lending, swaps, CFDs, and options — and drive their successful implementation and optimization on our trading platform.This role requires a solid understanding of financial products, strong product planning capabilities, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. You will work closely with trading, risk, technology, compliance, and operations teams to build a professional, efficient, and compliant trading product ecosystem that enhances user experience and supports business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, plan, and manage the full lifecycle of derivative products such as futures, margin trading, lending, swaps, CFDs, and options.Define product strategies, rules, and functionalities to enhance trading capabilities and user experience.Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to continuously optimize trading mechanisms and product features.Coordinate across technology, trading, risk, compliance, and operations teams to drive products from concept to launch.Ensure all product designs align with regulatory requirements and company strategies.Monitor industry and competitor developments to propose differentiated product strategies.Use data analysis to optimize product performance, improve user trading experience, and increase market activity.Prepare detailed product documentation (PRDs, process flows, specifications, etc.) to ensure clarity and execution readiness.Ensure seamless integration of new trading products with existing systems and infrastructure.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 3 years of product management experience in financial services or technology; at least 1 year in derivatives-related products.Strong understanding of derivatives such as futures, margin trading, and lending, including pricing models and risk control mechanisms.Familiarity with trading platform architecture (e.g., matching engines, trading systems, risk modules) is a plus.Strong analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and project management skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities to drive cross-team collaboration.Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with a strong results orientation.About OSLAs a subsidiary of the publicly listed OSL Group (HKEX: 863.HK), OSL Digital Securities is Hong Kong’s first and most established SFC-licensed and insured digital asset platform.
