We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Head of Finance. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer of Crypto Finance AG.

The Head of Finance will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. The Head of Finance and their team are responsible for managing all aspects of finance, including accounting, regulatory reporting, capital management, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the financial sector and demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks. The starting date is as soon as possible in our office in Zurich, Switzerland.

Key responsibilitiesLead Crypto Finance Group’s financial strategy and financial operationsEnsure accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and expectations as well as Deutsche Börse Group guidelinesOversee Crypto Finance Group’s financial planning, including capital and liquidity managementManage budgeting processLead and develop a team of finance specialistsDevelop and manage Crypto Finance Group’s financial policies, procedures, and controlsConduct ad-hoc financial analyses and report accurate financial results to managementLead the preparation and submission of regulatory reporting and tax filingsAnalyze financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and support business objectivesAdvise senior management on specific finance and accounting-related questionsLead and coordinate internal and external audits, including the audit of the internal control systemMonitor and understand applicable national and international regulatory requirements and developments in the relevant areaRequirementsMaster’s degree in finance or economicsA professional accounting qualification, e.
