In the spirit of our SYGN value to “grow and win together”, we fully embrace an equal opportunity mindset in the way we onboard, develop and promote our team members.About the roleYou will be a driving force in liquid token investing at Sygnum Asset Management:Perform comprehensive analysis of the cryptocurrency market, monitor and interpret macroeconomic, regulatory, ecosystem and technological developments.Conduct project specific research, evaluating protocols, ecosystems, and underlying technologies.Identify and assess investment opportunities in cryptocurrencies, tokens, platforms, and blockchain startups.Generate detailed reports and presentations on findings and prepare investment recommendations to communicate results in an actionable manner.Develop and maintain models to evaluate potential returns, risks, and the impact of various market scenarios.Take responsibility in monitoring invested positions.Track and report token performance and risk metrics using on-chain and off-chain data.Stay informed on industry developments and build relationships with key players in the crypto ecosystem.Form integral part of the investment team.Our ideal candidateBachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, data analytics, or a related field. A master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are a plus.Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications such as DeFi.Be equally comfortable doing fundamental research and working with large datasets.Quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL preferredFamiliarity with blockchain data tools (e.g., Glassnode, Dune Analytics) is highly desirable.Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment analysis, financial research, or a similar role, preferably in crypto or fintech.Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate investment opportunities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in building financial models and conducting valuation analyses.Strong English written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Self-motivated, detail oriented.Collaborative team player with a passion for crypto and investment management.Knowledge of traditional financial markets and asset management is a plus.Our OfferJoining Sygnum means being part of a dynamic, global team that is building a trusted gateway between the traditional and digital asset economies.
