Our team combines deep experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, and operational improvements to drive sustainable value while preserving each company’s culture and values.We are expanding into the crypto venture space and are seeking a Crypto Venture Analyst to support sourcing, evaluating, and executing early-stage crypto investment opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background, an understanding of blockchain and crypto markets, and a passion for identifying high-potential venture opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research and analysis on early-stage crypto startups, blockchain projects, and token offerings.Perform due diligence on potential investments, including market analysis, financial modeling, and technology assessment.Support the investment team in evaluating business models, tokenomics, team capabilities, and growth potential.Track crypto market trends, emerging protocols, and venture opportunities to identify high-potential investments.Assist in preparing investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and investors.Monitor and report on portfolio performance for crypto venture investments.RequirementsExperience analyzing or investing in early-stage crypto projects or startups.Strong understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and crypto market dynamics.Solid analytical and financial modeling skills.Ability to perform in-depth due diligence and provide clear, actionable insights.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work remotely.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.What We OfferCompetitive annual salary AUD 170,000–200,000.Fully remote work with flexible hours across Australia.Exposure to cutting-edge crypto venture investment opportunities in a lean, entrepreneurial firm.Collaborative environment with professional growth, learning, and mentorship.Potential performance-based bonuses linked to successful venture investments.Apply via LinkedIn by clicking the “Apply” button.
