Lead and manage a team of 4-5 recruiters and a sourcer:
recruitment, onboarding, performance development, and day-to-day supervisionDistribute vacancies and tasks across the team, monitor progress, provide regular feedback, and ensure KPI alignmentDesign and implement effective candidate attraction strategies; conduct market research and evaluate regional hiring opportunitiesAnalyze recruitment funnel metrics in the ATS to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve conversion ratesManage 1-2 complex roles independentlyGenerate reports on key recruitment indicators, funnel effectiveness, team performance, and tool utilizationContinuously optimize hiring processes and proceduresAssess the effectiveness of current tools, services, and platforms; provide recommendations for improvement and onboarding of new solutionsDefine and monitor team KPIs; evaluate individual and collective performanceParticipate in strategic HR projects related to hiring effectivenessCollaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goalsRequirementsMandatory Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment, with the last 2 years in global talent acquisitionProven experience in hiring across multiple regions and marketsAt least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team lead roleAdvanced sourcing strategy knowledge tailored to regional and role-specific needsProficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-based sourcing toolsFluent in English (B2-C1)Required Professional Skills: Strategic sourcing and talent pipeline management across various global marketsTeam leadership:
