We are seeking an exceptional Lead UI/UX & Web Designer to spearhead the design of our website and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms. You will lead the creative direction of our online presence by designing new pages, enhancing the user experience, and upholding a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic that embodies our premium glass partition systems. Additionally, you will supervise a junior graphic designer who focuses on print materials, digital advertisements, catalogs, and presentations—mentoring and managing creative processes will be integral to your daily responsibilities. Take ownership of and enhance the design of our primary website and landing pagesDevelop mockups for new pages and features, collaborating effectively with content and development teamsMaintain and evolve our visual brand identitySupervise the junior designer's contributions to brochures, banners, catalogs, and moreCollaborate closely with marketing, SEO, and product teams to guarantee consistency across all channelsYour expertise:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in web design (preferably for D2C/B2C brands)Strong skills in UX/UI design and a contemporary design sensibilityProficiency in Figma (required) and Adobe Creative Cloud suite (as a plus)English proficiency at B1 level or higher. Experience in responsive design and collaboration with developersExperience in team leadership or mentoring is highly desirableBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory)We offer: A fully remote position with a flexible schedule aligned to EST hours (8: 30 AM - 5: 00 PM EST).
