This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of Europe’s most trusted names in data centre delivery — leading a team focused on ensuring the highest standards of construction quality, coordination, and technical execution.About the RoleAs a CSA Engineer, you’ll be responsible for overseeing civil, structural, and architectural works throughout the construction phase, ensuring full compliance with design, specification, and client expectations.You’ll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and quality managers to maintain best-in-class project delivery standards within a fast-paced and technically complex environment.This position suits a proactive, detail-oriented engineer with experience on large-scale projects who takes pride in quality, collaboration, and technical precision.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design and specifications.Work closely with the Quality team to maintain consistent delivery against approved benchmarks and QMS standards.Manage and track site documentation, reports, and quality records.Coordinate with subcontractors and attend regular progress and coordination meetings.Review construction drawings with the design team and resolve technical issues proactively.Identify and raise snag lists using approved systems, managing close-out efficiently.Ensure safe and compliant site operations while maintaining the highest delivery standards.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent).Minimum 3 years’ experience working on large-scale construction or data centre projects.Strong technical understanding of CSA systems and on-site coordination processes.Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned packages.Excellent communication and documentation management skills.Previous data centre or mission-critical project experience advantageous.
