CSA Lead

Blackfield Associates are currently partnered with a global pharmaceutical manufacturer to support their search for a HVAC Lead to join their project based in Kalundborg on an initial 12-month contract.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all CSA engineering activities across design, construction, and handover phases.Oversee coordination of civil, structural, and architectural works, ensuring compliance with standards and local regulations.Review and approve design documentation, specifications, and contractor submittals.Manage interfaces between CSA and other disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, process).Monitor construction progress, perform site inspections, and ensure quality control of CSA works.Support resolution of technical issues and ensure timely delivery of CSA milestones.Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to align on scope, schedule, and budget.Ensure adherence to safety, sustainability, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.Experience RequiredSufficient experience in CSA engineering in a lead role on large-scale pharmaceutical projects.Strong knowledge of civil and structural design, building codes, and construction practices in GMP environments.Experience managing contractors and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.Familiarity with Danish building regulations and EU standards is highly desirable.Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; professional certification is a plus.Fluent in English; Danish language skills are advantageous.
