CSA/MEP Project Manager - Data Center

Location: Thailand (Relocation Role)Job OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned MEP/CSA Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects in Thailand. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to work closely with international teams and Chinese counterparts.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for MEP and CSA scopes.Tendering & Procurement: Manage tendering processes, evaluate bids, and oversee vendor selection for MEP and CSA packages.Design Coordination: Collaborate with design teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.Construction Management: Supervise on-site activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and Chinese counterparts to maintain smooth communication and resolve issues promptly.Budget & Cost Control: Track project costs, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.Handover & Commissioning: Ensure successful completion and handover of data center projects, meeting all operational requirements.Requirements15+ years of experience in construction project management.3+ years of international project experience.Successfully completed at least 2 data center projects (planning, construction, handover).Proficient in English and Mandarin (Mandarin is essential for collaboration with Chinese teams).Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Open to relocation to Thailand.Consultant: Lisa Ong Li Xian (EA License No: R24123585)
